Most visitors return from Japan having seen its surface — the shrines at dawn, the famous crossings, the queue outside a well-reviewed door. JRC exists for the traveller who has already done that, and now wants what comes after.
We are not a travel agency in the conventional sense. We are a small, private network — built over years, not booked through a platform — of chefs, priests, artisans, innkeepers and old friends across Japan who open their doors because someone they trust has asked on your behalf.
